The Vigilant of were an elite company of dwarven warriors who guarded the entrance to the Everfire within the Undercity of Sundabar during the 14th century DR. In the 1370's, these vigilant combatants were led by Guldrim Hoaraxe.[1]
In their duties to defend the Everfire, the Vigilant were aided by traps that harnessed portions of its power and energy.[1]
