Vince Garcia is an author of 1st and 2nd edition Dungeons & Dragons material and contributed to many sourcebooks, such as Monstrous Compendium Fiend Folio Appendix. He also produced accessories and adventures, such as Tales of the Outer Planes and Lords of Darkness 1st edition. Garcia wrote several Polyhedron Newszine and Dragon magazine articles.[1][2]
