Vooka was the most intelligent cornugon lieutenant in Dragonspear Castle circa the mid–14th century DR.[1]
History

During the Second Dragonspear War, in the Year of the Wyvern, 1363 DR, Vooka led one of the Hordes of Dragonspear, specifically the Blood Guard. This contingent was composed of 300 orcs and 200 hobgoblins and were considered the main army of the hordes.[1]
PersonalityEdit
Vooka wanted to impress Baazka with his cunning and intelligence. He was a master strategist and often advised his master during military campaigns.[1]
