Wan-yen Ch'eng-shih was the Shou magistrate of Kwachow in 1359 DR.[1]

Wan-yen was a lazy ruler who was disinterested in his post.[1]
Activities[]
Wan-yen cared little for his subjects, preferring to tax them heavily to fund his extravagant luxuries and desires. He allowed the guards to bully the population of Kwachow.[1]
