Wands of mage armor were enchanted wands that held multiple charges of defensive spells unleashed upon command.[1]
Description[]
Wands of mage armor were slender 1 foot and 3 inches (0.38 meters) wands with sharp point and angular design. They were usually made using bone, ivory, or wood, yet fragile and kept in cases.[1] The total number of charges varied per item, between ten[2] and could count as as much as fifty.[3]
Powers[]
Each of these wands held several charges of the mage armor spell that could be discharged at will using a wand's command word. Upon expenditure of a wand's last charge, it disintegrated.[1]
