Water elementals were elemental creatures of water who were unable to move more than 180 feet (55 meters) from the body of water from which they were conjured. They spoke Aquan although they rarely chose to speak.[4] Water elementals were often divine servants of Deep Sashelas, Istishia, and Auril.[6]

Combat

Water elementals preferred to fight in bodies of water. They were capable of capsizing small boats and could impede the progress of larger craft.[7]

Locations

Water elementals were used in the Great Forge of Gauntlgrym to help contain the fire primordial Maegera.[8]

Lucan Greenharrow used water elementals to power traps in the Waterclock Crypts of Neverwinter.[9]
