A watery grave was made out of blue glass. It was decorated with images of waves and sea monsters that were etched into the glass staff.[1]
Powers[]
A watery grave was a charge-based magic item. It allowed the casting of dehydrate and rushing waters. If the user was prepared to deplete the staff of double charges, it also allowed the casting of drown and contagious fog.[1]
History[]
To create a watery grave, the spells contagious fog, dehydrate, drown, and rushing waters was needed. These staves were developed in the Underdark.[2]
Reputation[]
The crafting of a watery grave was done by powerful casters of the Underdark and these staves were unknown on the surface.[2]
