Wormriddle was a night hag who lived in Undermountain in 1492 DR.[note 1][1]
Activities[]
Wormriddle had a workshop at the magical school at the Dweomercore level of Undermountain.[2] She offered foul bargains in order to collect souls.[1]
Wormriddle was also a teacher at Dweomercore.[1] One of her classes concerned slaad anatomy and reproductive cycle.[4] She was second in command of the school, stepping up as headmaster when necessary.[5]
Personality[]
Wormriddle had a debilitating fear of cats and other feline creatures.[1]
Relationships[]
Wormriddle commanded a group of four flesh golems.[1] When in dangerous situations, she polymorphed as a young halfling girl named Medley. She kept a collection of magical dolls that resembled each of the students at Dweomercore and contained a sample of each of their bodies, such as hair or other corporeal secretions. The dolls could be used to inflict pain or harm on the students.[2]

- Waterdeep: Dungeon of the Mad Mage
Notes[]
- ↑ Canon material does not provide a year for the events described in Waterdeep: Dragon Heist, but Christopher Perkins answered a question via Twitter and stated the year was 1492 DR. Corroborating this, Dragon Heist page 20 refers to events of Death Masks (set in 1491 DR) as being "last year". Unless a canon source contradicts this assertion, this wiki will use 1492 DR for events related to this sourcebook and Waterdeep: Dungeon of the Mad Mage (which is referenced on pages 5 and 98 of Dragon Heist).
