The Wraithmael shield was a powerful enchanted shield, a part of a set of evil-looking magic armor along with the Wraithmael of Drenofiend.[1]
Description[]
The Wraithmael shield was forged out of sinister dark metal as decorated with horns.[1]
Powers[]
This evil shield drastically improved its user's armor, constitution, and fortitude, as well as their will, in exchange for reduced wisdom. The shield's enchantment also allowed the wearer to cast the vampiric touch spell.[1]
History[]
In 1369 DR, both items of the Wraithmael set could be found in the deepest levels of the Elven Catacombs, hidden there a long time before. Both items were guarded by powerful master shadows and ancient traps.[1]
