Yovir was a reserved man, speaking less than possible. He had no interest for city's politics but hope the best for his people.
History
Yovir served as priest of Kelemvor and caretaker of Valhingen Graveyard for 40 years. He was also member of the Order of the Silent Shround. in 1489 with rumors of dracoliches and ghost ship wandering for the Moonsea increase greatly the arrive in city of a madman speaking about ghost ship convinced him to hire an adventuring party to investigate the matter.[1] During the coup instigated by Dragon Cultists he was nowhere to found.[2]
